MDS LABS RETURN POLICY
We hope that you fully enjoy your purchases from us. However, we understand that sometimes these products are not right for everyone. Given the nature of dietary supplements, we have a comprehensive return policy to cover common issues. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your item. After 30 days have passed we can no longer offer you a full refund. You must return the item with at least 75% of the contents remaining. For example, if you purchase 30 capsules, you would need at least 22 capsules remaining in the bottle in order to issue you a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning product. Any incured shipping costs are non-refundable. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5-6 days.
Sale items:
Sale items can only be returned if unopened, and before 30 days from the day you received your item.
If you are outside of our normal return policy, we encourage you to still reach out to our support team to voice your concerns. We are happy to help in any way we can, and will do what it takes to earn your trust.
